Across TCGA patient cohorts, LLGL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,866 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LLGL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP3A, YWHAE, and ACBD3. Each is linked with LLGL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LLGL1-to-partner and partner-to-LLGL1 results are reported.
