LLGL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LLGL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LLGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ21, NF2, and CCL5. Each is linked with LLGL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LLGL1-to-partner and partner-to-LLGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ21 grouped by LLGL1-low versus LLGL1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LLGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LLGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
