LLGL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LLGL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 420 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LLGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIPK4, IZUMO1R, and SLC32A1. Each is linked with LLGL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LLGL1-to-partner and partner-to-LLGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIPK4 grouped by LLGL1-low versus LLGL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LLGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LLGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
