LLCFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LLCFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LLCFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL567P, RNU6-679P, and RNU6-1244P. Each is linked with LLCFC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LLCFC1-to-partner and partner-to-LLCFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL567P grouped by LLCFC1-low versus LLCFC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LLCFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LLCFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
