Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LIX1L-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LIX1L-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LIX1L-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LIX1L-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and ESCA show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and LUAD are the cancer types where LIX1L-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
