LIX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,075 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB3D, KIAA1522, and PRKCQ_T538. Each is linked with LIX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIX1-to-partner and partner-to-LIX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIX1 versus RAB3D in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
