Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LIX1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LIX1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LIX1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LIX1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCS show a favorable association.

UCEC, UVM, and KICH are the cancer types where LIX1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
