LIPT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,463 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD3, SFXN3, and POLD1. Each is linked with LIPT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPT2-to-partner and partner-to-LIPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIPT2 versus POLD3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
