LIPM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,237 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD22, CENPV, and NMI. Each is linked with LIPM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPM-to-partner and partner-to-LIPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIPM versus ANKRD22 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
