LIPK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,206 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XDH, KRT6A, and UPP1. Each is linked with LIPK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPK-to-partner and partner-to-LIPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
