LIPJ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR629, ARL6IP1P3, and PSMC3IP. Each is linked with LIPJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPJ-to-partner and partner-to-LIPJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
