LIPI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIPI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-4, IFNA8, and H3-4. Each is linked with LIPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPI-to-partner and partner-to-LIPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
