LIPF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 170 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL495P, POFUT1, and PXMP4. Each is linked with LIPF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPF-to-partner and partner-to-LIPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIPF versus RN7SL495P in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
