LIPF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIPF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R41, OR5C1, and OR1L1. Each is linked with LIPF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPF-to-partner and partner-to-LIPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R41 grouped by LIPF-low versus LIPF-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
