Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,052 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMA3G, SCN4A, and KLF2. Each is linked with LIPE in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPE-to-partner and partner-to-LIPE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIPE versus SEMA3G in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
