LINS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LINS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LALBA, CCR8, and USP17L18. Each is linked with LINS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINS1-to-partner and partner-to-LINS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LALBA grouped by LINS1-low versus LINS1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LINS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LINS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
