LINGO3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINGO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,086 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINGO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, ARHGAP30, and WAS. Each is linked with LINGO3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINGO3-to-partner and partner-to-LINGO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LINGO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LINGO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
