LINGO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINGO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,037 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINGO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL2, TOP3B, and MFNG. Each is linked with LINGO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINGO2-to-partner and partner-to-LINGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LINGO2 versus PPIL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LINGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LINGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
