LINGO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINGO2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINGO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Notch1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with LINGO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINGO2-to-partner and partner-to-LINGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by LINGO2-low versus LINGO2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LINGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LINGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
