LINGO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LINGO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINGO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, TCP11X1, and GAGE12J. Each is linked with LINGO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINGO2-to-partner and partner-to-LINGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by LINGO2-low versus LINGO2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LINGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LINGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
