Across TCGA cell cohorts, LINGO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,614 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINGO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of DNA repair, and Renal vesicle formation. Each is linked with LINGO1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINGO1-to-partner and partner-to-LINGO1 results are reported.
