Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02778 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02778 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02778 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC02778 RNA expression shows 6,468 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight TGCT, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC02778 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
