Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02655 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02655 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02655 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, LINC02655 RNA expression shows 6,656 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, LUSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC02655 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
