The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC02653 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02653 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, LAML, and UCEC are the cancer types where LINC02653 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
