Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02648 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02648 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LINC02648 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02648 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

BLCA, SKCM, and CESC are the cancer types where LINC02648 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
