Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02549 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02549 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02549 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, LINC02549 RNA expression shows 6,506 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, HNSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC02549 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
