Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02466 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02466 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC02466 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02466 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, SARC, and THCA are the cancer types where LINC02466 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
