Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02375 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LINC02375’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where LINC02375 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LINC02375 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC and KIRP show the opposite, repressed pattern.

KIRC, KICH, and KIRP are the cancer types where LINC02375 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
