Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02151 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02151 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher LINC02151 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02151 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and LIHC show a favorable association.

THYM, ACC, and DLBC are the cancer types where LINC02151 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
