Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01994 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01994 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01994 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, LINC01994 RNA expression shows 10,142 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight KIRC, LUSC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where LINC01994 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
