Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01946 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01946 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01946 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, LINC01946 RNA expression shows 6,627 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC01946 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
