Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01945 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01945 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01945 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01945 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, COAD, and UVM are the cancer types where LINC01945 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
