Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01890 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01890 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC01890 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01890 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, READ, and KICH are the cancer types where LINC01890 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
