Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01888 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01888 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher LINC01888 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01888 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and MESO show a favorable association.

UVM, THYM, and STAD are the cancer types where LINC01888 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
