Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01687 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01687 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher LINC01687 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01687 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

CHOL, KIRP, and UVM are the cancer types where LINC01687 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
