Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01657 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01657 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher LINC01657 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01657 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and CESC show a favorable association.

CHOL, ACC, and KICH are the cancer types where LINC01657 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
