The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC01611 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01611 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and MESO show a favorable association.
KIRP, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where LINC01611 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
