Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01607 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01607 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher LINC01607 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01607 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and UCS show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRP, and KIRC are the cancer types where LINC01607 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
