Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01568 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01568 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LINC01568 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01568 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, CHOL, and LIHC are the cancer types where LINC01568 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
