Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01527 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01527 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01527 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, LINC01527 RNA expression shows 9,192 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight KIRC, LUSC, and ESCA as cancer lineages where LINC01527 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
