Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01522 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01522 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01522 is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC01522 RNA expression shows 12,086 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Together, these results highlight KIRC, and LIHC as cancer lineages where LINC01522 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
