Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01455 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01455 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher LINC01455 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01455 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

ESCA, LGG, and OV are the cancer types where LINC01455 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
