Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01455 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01455 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01455 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, LINC01455 RNA expression shows 6,671 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight ESCA, LUAD, and COAD as cancer lineages where LINC01455 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
