Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01304 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01304 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01304 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, LINC01304 RNA expression shows 6,390 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, THCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC01304 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
