Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01259 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01259 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01259 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC01259 RNA expression shows 6,958 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight UCEC, KIRC, and THYM as cancer lineages where LINC01259 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
