The most reproducible LINC01251-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity. Each is linked with LINC01251 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINC01251-to-partner and partner-to-LINC01251 results are reported.
