Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01140 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01140 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher LINC01140 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01140 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SARC show a favorable association.

UCS, UVM, and LIHC are the cancer types where LINC01140 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
