Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00934 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00934 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00934 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, LINC00934 RNA expression shows 7,882 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight THYM, BLCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where LINC00934 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
