Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00879 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00879 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00879 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Additionally, LINC00879 RNA expression shows 5,528 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THCA, LIHC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC00879 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
