Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00648 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00648 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LINC00648 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00648 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and BRCA show a favorable association.

KICH, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where LINC00648 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
